Chicago Fire FC is gearing up for an unforgettable summer with the announcement of its Soccer Celebration, presented by McDonald's. This exciting event will take place at Recess in the West Loop from June 11 through July 19, coinciding with the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Fans can look forward to a packed calendar featuring live viewings of every international match, immersive activations, and surprise guest appearances. The venue will be equipped with 21 indoor screens and a massive 360-degree jumbotron on the largest outdoor patio in Chicago, ensuring fans won't miss a moment of the action.

The Soccer Celebration will not only showcase the matches but also offer a variety of entertainment options. Attendees can enjoy live music performances, limited-edition merchandise drops from local artists like Sentrock, Louis de Guzman, and Runsy, and special appearances from Chicago Fire FC players and coaches. Dan Moriarty, Chief Marketing Officer at Chicago Fire FC, emphasized the club's commitment to creating an energetic atmosphere for fans, even though Chicago is not an official host city for the tournament.

Entry to the Soccer Celebration is free, but fans must secure a mobile pass available at SoccerAtRecess.com. Reservations are encouraged, and accommodations range from premium group cabanas to standing-room options. The event will also feature various activations, including a Café Bustelo® Foosball Tournament with a cash grand prize and a “guesstimation” game for a chance to win a car.

Fans can look forward to marquee matchups such as Mexico vs. South Africa on June 11 and USA vs. Paraguay on June 12, among others. The celebration will also include themed events like a Pride Brunch on June 13 and a Juneteenth Makers Market on June 17, highlighting local culture and community.

With a lineup of exciting events and activities, Chicago Fire FC is set to enhance the summer soccer experience for fans in the city. This initiative not only aims to celebrate the sport but also to foster community engagement and support for the club throughout the tournament period.
